New Start.
Hi all.
So now that I have no more exams, I thought I might try and use my tumblr from my new MacBook Pro. =]
So today is my dad birthday. It is currently 22:22 pm on a thursday evening.
I’m sitting with a cider at the dinning room table whilst my dad watches his favourite Roger Waters live concert on max volume to the point where I can feel the rumble of the base in my body. I’m playing John Mayer live in L.A in the background of my laptop. I Love John Mayer, his music calms me instantly and he’s so good live.
An interesting fact to all you IT geeks like me. I watch ‘Science of the Movies’ every week on Discovery Science as I love films. They were looking at how movie technology from such films as Minority Report with Tom Cruise has come into real like. Going to a companies base in San Francisco, they look at how multi-touch, gesture and spacial perception is being used to make technology even more interactive. Even using fake holograms to make it look like your movie clips etc are floating in the space right infront of you. It is only ever seen in the sci-fi films before. The use of Infa-Red technology has been taken to new levels. It’s quite something!
On another area, I got told that an essay I have writting and presented in a multimedia flash product for my art exam this year will get me 100% and means I am well on my way to reaching my goal of an A before I go onto Uni in september.
So overall a good day.
