Back to being just friends.

So for the lat couple of months, me and my best friend have been seeing eachother.

He coming to stay with me in Dubai as he’s from my hometown in the UK.

I had a feeling a few weeks ago that something was happening between him and his ex, who was always jealous of me and liked to spread rumors about me, even though I had only met her once.

He now tells me he’s seeing her again.

You must know that I dont let people see me beneath the mask very often as i keep a relationship barrier up. I really had feelings for him, and it’s been years since i felt like this.

Now all i know that it’s going to be very awkward when he’s over here.
